Updates of listings

We updated our website URL about 8 months ago to <URL removed>. While it was updated quickly, we noticed the category were we where listed was changed. Our website is now listed under computer repair, which we do NOT do.

Our listing is incorrectly in this category:

No it isn't. As far as I can see, the URL has always been listed within the Houston-Galveston metro area. For the reasons why, take a look at what the listing actually says.

I am not 100% sure about what the geo was, but it is incorrect. Can it be changed? We are not in houston-galveston. Galveston is completely opposite direction of where we are at. Also, we do not do any computer or internet repair. Our services are website design.

The listing is "Offering custom website design, multimedia, editorial and Internet marketing from offices in Houston and Katy." For this reason, it makes more since for us to be under....

It's listed at metro level because you have two addresses...

Oh I see. Most of our business is in the Houston office and we are in the process of closing the Katy office. Can you please change the title to "Offering custom website design, ecommerce, multimedia, editorial, SEO and Internet marketing." and move us to the other category? The category we are currently in is completely wrong for what we do. Thanks for you help.

The category the website currently is listed in is the correct one.
We can not look in the future, so a possible closure ofan office in the future is something we do not take into account.

Texas/Metro_Areas/Houston-Galveston/Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet/
On the website we see that there are 2 offices so a Metro-Area is correct
As the number of listings in this category is small there is no subdivision and all websites for companies in the computer and internet business are listed together.

If the description is not correct please go to the category and click "update listing"

Bear in mind that the reviewing editors check to see that any requested changes are accurately reflected in the content of the site...
As with all things ODP, the delays are variable.

We submitted this a while back and was wondering on "usual" turn around times.

1) Please change description - Custom web design, e-commerce, multimedia, editorial and Internet marketing.
2) Please move us to correct category as we no longer have our satellite office. We do not do computer repair work and we are currently under that category.
