Updating affiliations

Hello,

A few days ago I submitted the reinstatement form (notification pending) and I'd like to update my affiliations. The conflict of interests site (http://www.dmoz.org/...s/conflict.html) says to use the URL http://affiliations.dmoz.org which unfortunately is broken.
Could somebody please fix the link so that I can update my affiliations?

Editors no longer have access to the ADB but meta editors do.

If/when your account is reinstated, just let any meta know your new affiliations and they'll do the job for you.
