Updating Listing - suggest more approporiate category for listed URL

Computers: Hardware: Systems: Quiet is current category listing for <url removed>
Computers: Hardware: Systems: Industrial is more appropriate category for <url removed>

Question: Per the "Update Listing" guidelines I requested a category change to better reflect content at <url removed>. When is it reasonable to expect the category change? I am concerned that I didn't make the request properly, but I don't want to pester the volunteer editors if it's under review. How do I know it's being reviewed, will I get a response on my category change request?

All work is done by volunteer editors, so we can't give any estimates. Update requests are usually handled with some priority, so it will most likely be processed in a reasonable timeframe.
