Updating Whois Description

C

Catholic.net

Hello,

Could someone please let me know how to go about to get an editor to update our WHOIS description from:

Catholic.net Largely a directory, with news stories from Zenit and National Catholic Register. Is organized in channels.

To:

Catholic.net - God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Catholic Church Teaching, Bible, Catechism, Prayers, Saints, Virgin Mary, Apostles, Pope Benedict, Vatican, Catholic News, Life Issues.

Our current description is grammatically wrong and all around innacurate.

Thank you!

Sorry, but this forum relates only to the Open Directory Project, not Whois, Google or any other site.

If you are asking how to request changes to a listing in the ODP, or if you wish to notify volunteers of a change to a URL, or a typo or some other error, you are welcome to use the Update URL link on the category page where the site is listed. However, please read the form carefully and ensure your request falls within the directory guidelines, because inappropriate requests are very likely to be ignored.

You can read more about this in this forum's FAQ, specifically "I need to change the URL/title/description/category of a listing. How can I do this?"

If you are talking about an ODP description, the most common reason for an update request to be ignored and deleted is a request to change the description to include keywords. Esp. excessive keywording. Editors are responsible for following the editing Guidelines at http://www.dmoz.org/guidelines/ .

I'm not sure what you mean by a WHOIS description.
