url acceptance question

Hi,
I realize the submission pages aren't working, but this is for when they are back up. I operate an internet radio station. Due to licensing guidelines and TOS the actual stream has to be launched from the licensing website. Would this cause my website to be ineligible for inclusion? My entire site is my own unique content other than the stream launch page.
Thanks,
Paul

A little reading goes a long way. I found the answer after reading the guidelines again (been bout a year). For some reason I thought the launch url might have been considered ineligible since it took the surfer off my domain. Thanks for not answering and making me look for myself.

In fact I didn't post because several other editors already looked at your thread when I opened it :)

So now I am just posting to confirm that you are right. While it is true that we prefer to list the URL that points to the actual content, the main website would be considered the main content, and a stream would just be something that adds additional value.

Of course this is only true if the page consists of more than links to the stream. But you already know that :)

I'm sorry for not acknowledging your question, Wild-Dial, but I didn't know the answer. :)

No problem guys. The main site has lots of content including articles I wrote about internet radio. Also includes a member area for both listeners and bands with forums, blogs etc. Hope you guys get the technical problems taken care of :)
Have a good day,
!
