URL Change

I changed the URL of my site about 3 months ago. I added a 301 redirect, and filled out the "update url" request. The site documentation says that a DMOZ crawler should notice the 301 redirect and change the listing automatically. Is that still the case? If not, is there anything I can do to expedite it? I know there is often an editing delay, but if there is anything I can change with my redirect or anything else, I'd be happy to do it.

Our automated tools should find it, but, in the meantime, you can submit an update request, using the "update listing" button you should see in the upper right corner of the category listing.

Is there anywhere I can get specific and ask for help? I'm sorry if I'm being a pest, but I don't want to lose my listing, and I don't want to keep having to pay for domain renewals.

I'm not aware of anywhere to go that will guarantee a response.

Update requests show up prominently in our system and most editors give them priority because they are a QC issue. Three months would be a long time in most areas of our directory. (eg I know that UK ones are normally processed in a few hours.)

It's possible that your update request was declined and so I suggest that you raise another, avoiding the temptation to keyword stuff the title and description at the same time. It's all too easy for an editor to think that the purpose of an update request was to hype the entry and reject it out of hand without noticing that the URL has changed :(.
