Url in mutiple languages

I've searched for an answer but was unable to find.
Our website is in 3 languages, but on Dmoz it only shows Dutch.
Do I need to submit the other url/languages as well?

If your site has significant content in other languages (not just a machine translation), you are welcome to suggest it to the most specific categories in each of those languages.
Note that we prefer to list the main domain rather than the entry page for each language, so it would be wise to ensure that there are clear language links on the main index page.

Thanks for your reply.
Our main URL <URL removed> shows clear links to each language section. These are not machine-generated translations but re-written in each language. Dutch, English and German.
What steps should I take for a moderator to add our url to English and German as well, or is post enough?
