Verification Problem

I have submitted as Editor, but when i click to verification link i get message not valid key. Any idea?

Hi, That usually means the link has been clicked once - but we'll need a little more info to track your application: Date and Category Applied For should do the trick.

You are meant to wait for two weeks before asking, but whilst checking I saw it had been reviewed and rejected the same day.
You should have received a generic mail with likely reasons for the rejection - please check these against your next application

I have the same problem. I had that issue since the first time I clicked on the link, but waited the mandatory two weeks to report. I didn't get any email after that (checked all the folders).

I received the verification email on Dec 12, 2018, 11:36 AM (UK time). The category: Education/Products_and_Services/Curriculum/

I wonder if the application is on hold because I didn't verify my email.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
