visit from an editor?

Hi, like many others on here it seems, I submitted a site to dmoz over two years ago and it hasn't been listed yet.

Just over a month ago in our site stats, we had a visitor come to our site from editors (dot) dmoz (dot) org, but the time on site was 0 and they only visited one page.

The site is still not listed in dmoz, so would this mean that it was reviewed and rejected or maybe that it was accidentally clicked and then closed? It would be a bit harsh to be rejected without the editor actually having spent any time on the site!

There are lots of reasons for a hit from our server.

Most common are our automated checker that ensures only sites that don't return an error will be forwarded to the editors, and editors that quickly scan sites for bad suggestions and/or suggestions that need to be moved elsewhere.

In the end, there is nothing you can safely deduct from your logfile.

Btw: There are lots of identical threads like this or this.
