Was my site banned from ODP?

I apologize but I misunderstood your suubmission guidelines and submitted my site too many times. I received false information from a non-ODP source that I could resubmit once a month if my site didn't appear. I certainly did not mean to break the rules. Also, we are not the original owners of the URL so we would also like to know if it was banned prior to 2 years ago. My site is http://www.used-robots.com.
