It was moved to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Health/Pharmacy/Online_Pharmacies where it awaits a review as it was considered that it was not suitable for a listing in the regional branch of the directory which has its own criteria.

There is no need to resubmit to any other part of the directory (I see that URL has quite a history of submissions and has caused editors a fair amount of work).
