We need an editor for this category PLEASE!

Dear dmoz,

I've submit our web site to following category couple times in last three years.
http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/Oceani...ters_and_Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/

I now came to realize there is no editor available for this category. Can you assign us an editor please? or maybe look into those pending submission if you could.
Also, are we getting any confirmation email after the submission?

You may want to read the FAQ.

* There is no need to suggest a site more than once.
* There are no e-mail sent to those who suggest a site to be listed.
* Editors are never assigned to do anything.

Editors are NEVER assigned. Not to categories, and certainly not to website owners! There is no procedural mechanism for assignments, and zero social tolerance for the concept.

They'll stay pending until someone looks at them--which (because the mechanisms _are_ efficient!) will happen as quickly as possible, given editors' priorities and the availability of editors' time. [There are no procedures for changing editors' priorities, and a good thing too!]

No. No further action on your part would be helpful, and so no further action is needed. So there's no practical point in additional email.
