I don't see that url waiting in either category, nor has it been moved or deleted. You either suggested it elsewhere or something went wrong.

It certainly won't be listed in both the parent and child categories you mentioned. Please select the single best category for the site, resubmit once and return to this same thread in one month. Thanks.

You may submit. Submit only to the latter category.

You may also, if you have a regional focus, submit to the Business and Economy subcategory of your Locality (somewhere within Regional.)
