First of all. You can not edit (or try to) the listing of your website, you only can suggest a change.
Such a change suggestion will be looked at by an editor and if the suggestion meets the DMOZ guidelines and the website provides effidence that the change is correct we will change the current listing.
There are no change suggestions from a year old. So if the change was not made you can be sure it was rejected.
You can make a new suggestion but make sure that
- the change asked for can be verified on the website
- the change meets the DMOZ guidelines (no marketing hype, no key word stuffing, no seo)

One more thing.
We have a listing with domain name and we want to update it to domain name 2, i.e. different domain name as company's title was changed. Is that ok?

You can ask for that by using the update listing link.

To guard against ODP listing hijacks, we avoid amending a listed URL when the original is still functional. Please arrange for the original to redirect to the new. This can either be automatic or a prominent notice on the original home page.

Lastly, avoid the temptation to request promotional title or description changes at the same time lest some lazy editor rejects it out of hand without noticing the URL change request :).

Messages to editors usually go through despite the error message (this is a bug that's been known for a while and the tech people are aware of it). In any case, it's unnecessary to write to an editor to ask for an update to the listed site. Use the Update Listing link in the category where the site is listed. That way, all editors with editing rights in the category in question will be able to see that there is an update request waiting, and many editors make such requests a priority.
