Looks like you got impatient and resubmitted anyway - my advice would have been to hang in there. The new submission has overwritten the first, replacing the submission date. This means that a reviewing editor, if they sort by submission date (which isd one of the options) will see that site nearly last.
By resubmitting you have not helped getting listed any quicker, in fact you may have hindered.
My advice would be for you to hang tight and wait. Do not resubmit.
But as your office is located in Downtown San Francisco, you might want to also consider submitting to the category
http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/California/Localities/S/San_Francisco/Health/ - you may qualify for listings in both categories and submitting there will not negatively affect your chance of being listed in the category you enquired about.
