Website Submission Update

hi,

i submitted my website like 4 days back .. just wondering is there a link where i can see if my website is accepted or declined. Usually how long does it take for the editors to look at the website.

If a website is listed (accepted) you can see it in the directory.
There is no possibility to see if a suggested website is still waiting review or if it is rejected.
There is also no need for such an option.
Your actions in any of the 3 states (waiting, accepted, rejected) should always be the same. Nothing (atleast nothing in relation to DMOZ).
There is no usual time. It can vary between a few days and several years.

Please do no listed to sanjibeceltic. He was just here to spam a forum with his url (which will be removed by an admin) and his answers are totaly wrong.

If DMOZ will not notify about the disapproval of the website, then how will we know of the mistakes that we had done and then how can we try resubmitting our site? as, if the site is submitted twice or more the editors will not consider it(as per Rules)

You can self-check whether or not a website is listable here.

If it's listable, we'll list it in time. If it isn't, we won't.

We don't decline mis-suggested sites - we move them.
We don't decline sites because they've been suggested with unacceptable titles or descriptions (most are) - we rewrite them.
