Dear Sir:
I sent you many requests to move my website www.elmas.com from this directory, we are not in computer business anymore, please advise how to move it?

That is what the "Update URL" link is for. Go to dmoz.org, the category where it's currently listed, click "Update URL", and indicate what changes you think should be made.

I did this already, but no response since one month
I think updating a URL doesn't need long time of waiting

I am afraid so. An update arrives in the same place that a new submission arrives. Although we can see the difference between updates and new submissions it still needs and editor to pass by and look. Of course in a category like shopping there will be many updates waiting (most of them nothing more than spam requests to add keywords into the listings).
