Weirdest Rejection

I recently got rejected, and the reviewer's comments had this one line:

It seems like the first link was my reason ... I never touched that website before, and after looking further into it, it is just one where users can submit what they want.

Isnt this a bit unfair?

Without seeing the application it would be hard to comment on this. It seems like a strange reply. Is your name Dave Kocis?
