What am I doing wrong?

I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions. I submitted my site quite some time ago, but since have seen recommended guidlines for submission and resubmitted (so please don't think I was spamming editors, just had to correct some things as per recommends). I submitted to shopping>classifieds>watercraft . Not really a huge category and pretty straight forward (mine is a boat classifieds site, so I think I'm ok on category). After visitng here and trying to conform to suggestions and recommendations, submitted again after updated, but still time goes by. So I'm thinking I must be missing something. Can anyone give me advice as to what it might be?

There's a simple explanation - no-one has reviewed your submission yet. However, the only submission we have is one from yesterday - presumably you have been resubmitting to that category and each time it has overwritten the original submission.
