What are the transition steps from DMOZ to Curlie

Our Firm has been using DMOZ since long time., It's now time to move to Curlie. What are the steps to be taken to move to Curlie?
Will our firm's sites in DMOZ be compatible to Curlie or what adjustments have to be made? Can Curlie be used under license ?

Anyone is welcome to suggest a site to Curlie. It works the same way as dmoz, select a category and click the icon with a + sign.

It is unknown to us editors what benefits there are for a site to be included in the directory. We usually see it from the users perspective, that is to find quality sites about a certain subject or region.

The license is the same as with dmoz, the content is free to use but attribution is required.
