What can I do if I am unable to suggest my site

When I try to suggest my website, I am directed to a blank page. Can anyone explain the reason(s) for this?

Please, accept my apology if I've wasted your time in checking out this thread. I've answered my own question: All I needed to do was to use a different computer; apparently, my security settings were blocking the page from appearing.

No problem, stuff like that happens.
