That's "Азартная игры" - gambling - isn't it? Those sites are listed in one of the subcategories of http://www.dmoz.org/World/Russian/Игры/Азартные_игры/ .

Yes, but it is impossible to add site to "Азартная игры", I must select Subcategory , but few subcategory is right for my site, and I don't know how to be in this situation.

Just pick the subcategory you think is the best.
When an editor reviews the site he will decide to list the site there or to move it to another category.
