What does the last update means?

The category that we submitted our sites has this footer:

"Last update: 14:24 PT, Wednesday, March 15, 2006 "
(http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/India/Business_and_Economy/Employment/Directories/)


Does this mean, most of the sites listed in this category has been approved or declined?. Because we submitted our site (clickjobs.com) on sep 2005 and still wating for an entry.

This means that the last change on this category (adding a site, removing a site, fixing a typo, changing one of the directory-internal links, changing the category description, ...) has been done on that date.

Due to the number of possibilities no conclusions about site suggestions can be drawn from that timestamp, sorry to say.
