What does this means?

I have been observing these sort of dmoz specific urls in my site's log files for 3 months now... what does they mean?. Do they mean that an editor has reviewed my site, if that's the case why cant i find my site in dmoz? Has my site been rejected???

pls tell me if anybody has any ideas..

This only means that an editor has visited your site. Maybe it has been reviewed maybe not.
