Hello,

I was wondering if I need to do anything if my category changes before my website is reviewed? I don't want to submit again and get accused of spam. Thankyou.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking what happens if the content of your site changes such that it is no longer appropriate for the category to which you submitted? If so, the reviewing editor will forward your site for review in the appropriate category. No need to resubmit.

If I have misunderstood your question can you please rephrase?

The solution is really simple. Don't submit again. Just ask (in our forum here) about your first submittal.

We don't require submitters to find the one right category (which is a good thing because most of them don't.) We'll move the submittal to the right category if necessary.

If the intent of your question was something like:

"What happens to my site if the category I submitted to is removed, renamed or deleted before my site is reviewed?"

The answer is something like:

When categories are moved or renamed, all sites associated with them (both publicly listed and waiting in the unreviewed pool) get moved right along with them. If a category is disbanded, all the sites (published and unreviewed) get sorted into more appropriate categories, generally with the same published or unreviewed status.

In other words, no need to resubmit.

:)
