What is going on?

I've submitted my site http://www.book-of-thoth.com a while ago, I can't remember the category I added it to, it will have been paranormal phenomena or something similar.

I also contacted the editor of the "sites that use dmoz" as my site does indeed use the DMOZ data.

Can you tell me why it's not appearing, I've submitted before but it never appears in the lists. Tell me what I'm doing wrong

Could I resubmit it without being penalised, I didn't think to make a note of the category, I know I should have and how would I submit to the 'sites that use dmoz'

Basically, you don't. They pick you up from us, if we list your site.

If you mean to be listed in the category yourself as a user simply submit to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/...Open_Directory_Project/Sites_Using_ODP_Data/B

Hi Guys thanks for the guidelines there, I took your advice and resubmitted about 3 days ago (it says in the guidelines if its not there after a day or so contact you) and I still don't see it listed. This time I made a note of the area.

Bump this thread an earth month after the last submittal, and we'll check on the status.

But don't expect an editor to review the site in any particular time -- our volunteers set their own priorities, so some sites may get listed before they are submitted at all, and others may wait for years after being submitted. Even editors don't know what the other editors ARE doing, let alone what they'll be doing tomorrow.

Public announcement: don't miss the notice of a temporary site outage (for these forums only, not the ODP itself.)

I Have reported your post as rude, I asked a simple question, and did what was asked ie posted the links. I do NOT therefore expect this kind of response. You have a think about what it is you do Hutcheson.
