What Is Wrong With My Site?

I just would like to know what is wrong with my site that it is not included in the listings after more than 2 years and repeated attempts to get it listed? It is one of the top bass fishing information and video sites available with lots of members, and way more content relating to the submission than most any other site that is listed? I just don't get it?

And according to the ODP Submittal Policies (which you've read, or at least claimed to have read, repeatedly), what should happen to sites that are subject to "repeated attempts to get listed"?
