What to answer for Description of Site

When asked to provide examples of sites you would inlcude; the dscription, must I write it myself or can I take the description in the meta tag of the site?

It's usually the best to write the description yourself. Descriptions in meta tags are often promotional texts or just keyword collections that don't really tell much about what information can be found on the site.

Or in other words: Have a look at the descriptions already in the category. In most cases you could assume the stile is OK regarding ODP guidelines. If you think they aren't try looking in another category where you think a very active editor is working.
