First off, why do you want to suggest your website to two categories when our submission guidelines instruct you to Identify the single best category for your site? That's a rhetorical question by the way :).

To answer your real question though, if a category doesn't have a suggest URL link, it's because we've decided that we don't want listing suggestions there. Just choose the one appropriate subcategory which best fits your website. If the evaluating editor decides it belongs higher up the category tree, s/he'll move it to there.

Those are both pretty large general categories which is why there is no submission link. You are encouraged thereby to submit to a more focused sub-category.

My advice would be to select the ONE best subcategory of ONE of those two categories that best fits your site. Do not submit to both. Submission guidelines are here. If an editor feels that the site deserves a second listing they will send it to the second category.

Thank you very much for answer. Its just very difficult to choose one particular category, if we are based on high-end business information technology development and operation worldwide, provides artificial intelligence applications, search and classification systems atc.
Anyway, I chose Information Technology, so I hope you will accept it.
