It has been several weeks that i'm trying to insert the site http://www.pleasantravel.com in the dmoz directory, but I haven't been able to succeed. What's wrong with my cue?

Has it been a full month ince your most recent submission. The earlier ones don't count.

That's to say that I must wait again a month before to know what's about my submission?

I tryed to be listed in dmoz directory for at least one year waiting always several weeks before controlling what about my request but nothing seems to be happened.

The last time was maybe erlier than a month ago so I'm going to wait again but I will be glad if You could tell me what's wrong with my erlier request and if there is something that I've to do more to reach my aim...

Once a site is suggested you should never suggest it again (unless specificaly asked to do so by an editor).
New suggestions will overwrite older ones and will very probably slowdown the reviewing proces.
