Hello,
I would like to know how much time it takes to see on dmoz an update of a site (submitted today) listed (with changes made)?

An update will be visible after an editor has reviewed and approved the request. Not all requests will be approved. As for all request you will have to wait 30 days before asking for status.

You do understand that it may take years for an editor to look at your submission, don't you?

I have this funny feeling that you believe that this is something that happens almost immediately.
