(1) When? We can't know.
(2) There's no holdup that we could know about, in the nature of things.

No problems, there is no hold up, it's right on schedule.

So are we all. That's the way things are in the Volunteer Time Zone. (Nobody even knows what I'm planning to do tomorrow. And I don't know what anyone else will be doing then either.)

Don't depend on the ODP for site promotion services. (They aren't on the menu, and the chef gets violent when you try to special order them.) But no problem, lots of other people do offer such services, so the ODP is free to focus on something completely different.
