Go to any category page.
Put just your domain name (eg example.com) into the search box and hit the search button.
The search database was last updated on Fri Aug 11. Any listings later than that won't show up.
Neither will any listings that have been removed or are in transit to another category.

I have gone to update listing , and it says that my site is not listed in that
catagory.
my site has been on dmoz for over a year now.

The problem that i have is,
my original domain has been hijacked.
so i have had to move the whole site to another domain.
I would like to update this on dmoz .

my site shows, but not in the catagory .

Did you perform the search as Jimnoble described?
If the search shows your (old) site to be listed and it isn't available anymore in the category it will have been removed after the searchdatabase was last updated. Most probably we have noticed the hijack and removed the site. Just suggest your new site and add a comment between [ ] in the description.

I am just worried that if i suggest it as a new site,
that i will have that long wait again.

the site is showing, but when i click on the catagory that it should be in,
its not there.

Do you mean that the site is showing up in the ODP Search results as being in a particular category, but when you look at the category page it's not listed there? If so, the site has probably been de-listed since the search database was last updated (which is quite possible if the site has been hijacked). If this is the case you'll be unable to suggest an update, and will have to go through the "suggest a URL" process again. If doing so, you could help the editors by adding a note to the end of the description giving the URL of the previously listed site that it replaces.
