Can somebody give me advice about where (which category in Dmoz) to submit this site http://www.netdetective2000.com, it offers criminal background checks, people search, vehicle records, locate assets, address finder, public records software.

We'd list it based on its unique content.

But there isn't any.

So we wouldn't list it anywhere.

You can't be listed in dmoz if you have no unique content. That's what the editors above were pointing out.

The answer is: nowhere. nowhere at all. It will not be listed. Submitting it even once is a direct violation of the submittal policies and is spamming.
