Editors are all volunteers using their free time, they aren't accountable to site suggesters like yourself. What we edit, where we edit, and when we edit is our business, not yours, :).

If you became an editor yourself, you would choose how much time you're willing or able to devote to editing activities. If you have no job, you might choose to edit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but, if you work 40 or 50 hours a week to support yourself, you might not have that kind of time available to you.

As the time we devote is freely given by each of us, no demands are made of us, it's a free gift from us to the Internet community.

There are quite a few editors in World/Arabic - though not all of them are majorly active. The top level editors in World/Arabic are currently working on translating the editor interface.
