On http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Directories/ not there is "suggest URL ".

No need to worry. The site is already waiting for review in Shopping/Directories, placed there by an editor some time ago. There is no way to know how long it will take for it to be reviewed, but you don't need to suggest it again to any other category as it won't go away until it is reviewed.
