Where to submit

Where to submit gemstone related site? Which category? I have submitted long back.. but my site gone under major change since last submission. I want to submit it again. Can i do it?

One more submission to the one best category should be OK.

Make a note like [updated content] in the submitted description, to flag the changes.

That site isn't the ODP, but the "submit" links look like they DO submit the suggestion through to dmoz.org - that's us.

Submit once to the one best category, and then leave alone. If nothing happens within a year, then one, and only one, more submission cannot harm things.

After that, never submit again, not the same or a different page, not to the same or a different category. None at all.
