Where to submit

Dear Sir,

I am building an Information and Web Directory at the following URL http://www.grandlay.com. I need some help regarding the appropriate location for submitting this website in dmoz/ODP

1. What is the best category to submit this site (for US).
2. Since this site will keep adding topics, is it OK to submit now or add more topics and then submit.

I am sorry if the questions I have asked are too basic, but will really appreciate your input.

Suggest your site to the category you think is the closest match. If an editor reviews the site and thinks it would be better suited elsewhere it will be moved.

You only need to suggest your site once, when you do that is up to you. Just remember that editors are looking for sites with lots of unique content.
