The only thing you can control the speed of is the speed at which you enter the site into the queue of sites
to be reviewed, not listed, just
reviewed. You do this by submitting the site to the
one best category.
If you already submitted via
Google then the site is already queued somewhere awaiting review. The only thing you can get from this forum is the status: submission received and awaiting review, submission received and deleted as not acceptable, submission not received or not in the queue you mentioned, or submission is already listed elsewhere, and duplicate submission(s) were deleted.
