where to submit?

I think it could go under Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Promotion/ (but try to submit it to the most appropriate sub-category). It can also be submitted once, for each non-English language the site is in, to the appropriate World/ category; this is not considered spamming. However, submitting it to more than once category within each language is spamming.
