Hacking
Yeah just to support what the last guy said, there are such hackers as white hat hackers. People who get paid by companies, banks credit card companies etc, to try to access their DBs through various methods.
Further, information on hacking and techniquies used to hack is very useful information for system administrators to know so that they can better protect their networks.
There is no legal method of providing a Warez/CrackZ HaXXX0rZ Im ub3r 1337Z0rZ services. Until perhaps they allow 13 year olds to write laws.
Edit-----Begin warez rant-----
It's my opinion that people who promote and/or distribute "warez" type services are shallow minded and near sighted. The logic involved in determining this is not complex. Take your favorite PC video game as an example. It's not unheard of for a company to invest close to $100,000,000 in the creation of a single AAA title these days. These games bring many people enjoyment and such people as myself wait patiently for the next title of their favorite developer to come out (In my case the next Elder Scrolls and Supreme Commander).
These companies would have more money to invest in their next titles if the majority of the people who played them actually paid for them. This leads to better quality games, more games, well....basically better and more everything.
So to you warez site operators, I give you a big thank you from the bottom or my arse for continuing to be a plague on the gaming industry. A industry that because of such rampant piracy is reduced drastically in it's ability to experiment with new ideas because the companies investing in those ideas cannot afford to. Here's to another decade of the same games we've played in the last with better graphics instead of a host of unquie and enjoyable games. Cheers.
