where would i submit

i have a question where would i submit my web site for a floating eyewear retainer i was thinking in water sports
but i have more of a boating/fisherman type feel to them
than jetskiing surfing and stuff

Perhaps you could supply a clickable URL? However, really it is down to you to find the ONE best category for the submission, otherwise soon we'll be having people ask us to help write their website for them as well. If you can't spent an hour researching your submission, and submitting it properly, why should an editor spend time reviewing your site and adding it to the directory if it is suitable ?
