Which category for my site (s)

My website handles two themes which I ordered in different subdirectories: eg. www.page.com/Theme1
and page.com/Theme2. Is it correct to submit the site in two categories that correspond to the
respective theme with subdirectory:
page.com/Theme1 in one category and www.page.com/Theme2 in another category?

No, suggest the site only once to the best category, like the submittal policy says. An editor can add other listings, if they seem appropriate.
