IMHO the category to submit is
http://www.dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Texas/Counties/Dallas/Business_and_Economy/

Should I go for another option ?

We don't have a service at R-Z to determine which is the best category for your site.

The REASON that we don't have a service here is --

We already have that service at dmoz.org!

It's fair -- we do it for ALL sites, not just people who ask.

It's fast -- we can do it using automated tools, without talking to anyone.

It's ubiquitous -- all editors participate, not just the forum bombers.

We can't do it anything like that well here. So we don't try.
