I really dont know which category should i submit my site to.
Its a site about All kind of Articles (Articles about global topics)

That would be impossible to do without knowing your site (and we don't provide placement help for specific sites here). Just try to find the single most appropriate category that you can. If the editor who eventually reviews it feels that it would better fit another category, they'll move it there.
