Which Category?

I want to suggest a site but can't find a matching category. The site is for a national company that does remote computer monitoring for sex offenders on probation or parole or as a condition of bail awaiting trial. This is not gps tracking. The company uses software and does real time monitoring of the offender's computer use.
The site does business throughout the United States currently but will eventually also do business in Canada.

I search for "law enforcement" got me to http://www.dmoz.org/Society/Law/Law_Enforcement/ and then there was a "products and equipment" link to http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Fire_and_Security/Security/Law_Enforcement/ . I'd try browsing around those categories if you haven't done so already.

Do your best to find the single best category, and make sure you read the category description for the categories you're looking at. Don't worry about getting it exactly right -- as long as it's reasonable and fairly close the editors will be happy to move your suggestion to the 'right' place. (We'll also move it if you suggest it to a more completely wrong place, but we won't be as happy, and it will almost certainly cause a big delay -- think of it as having to wait be reviewed twice instead of once.)
