No, there isn't a centralised list. Editors can edit any category below those they are named in, and the names are on the bottom of the public pages.
However it makes no difference in most cases. I'm named in 4 categories and have edited in at least 10,000, so seeing my name or lack thereof isn't likely to be any indicator of where I am working at any specific time.
