Which URL should I submit?

There is a web site waiting for submiting, the home page is http://www.sportsauctions-usa.com But when I tried to open it, the URL turned to http://www.sportsauctions-usa.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.pl So I am wondering which one is the real home page and which one should I submit? <img src="/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" />

The shortest URL which leads to the correct content without leaving the domain. In other words: the first one.

A comment as a user, not as an editor: I hate sites having "coming soon" links or "under construction" signs. I dont like to surf sites that are not considered working.
