Who is the editor of my category

I have submitted my site <url removed> however, there seems to be no editor in my category, in the past i succeeded in getting websites listed after writing to the editor, but there is no ediator in REFERENCE-EDUCATION-INTERNATIONAL-LANGUAGE SCHOOLS

What can i do any suggestion?

There are more than 200 editors who can edit in any given category and contacting the editors directly in an effort to expedite a listing is seriously frowned upon.
