why closed the domoz web, oh god, so how to suggest the web on the similar web now, how to make the link again.

DMOZ is gone. Volunteer editors are working on a replacement. The new site will be announced here when it is ready.

Yes. Dmoz shut down their services after 17 march 2017. Do not know, when it is going to live and what services are they going to give?

Plans are to use the original directory in the same way as before. There is no set time, as all are volunteers, but when the new site is ready for suggestions the announcement will be made here.
